Cozy 5-Bed Cabin w/ Hot Tub, Golf Course & Arcade

House was great and we had a wonderfulStay !! We had an issue with the locked door but was resolved quickly.

Location is convenient to Yellowstone West Gate with plenty of restaurants to drive to.The house has plenty of space, but only has window units in the bedrooms for cool air. We were not thrilled with the cleanliness of the house. The floors were only spot swept, found lots of dust/hair/crumbs all over and under things. Bathroom rugs had not been washed. Found some nice dark hair among the ice in the ice bin. Back patio was filthy. Hot tub was clean, but they refuse to drain it after each guest (I find that gross). Mattresses were comfortable, but no sanitary coverings over them nor the pillows. I had to request new sheets, as they were threadbare, and new pillows as they appeared to be 30 years old- so flat and disgusting I wouldn’t even allow my dog to sleep on them (no, we did not bring our dog). There is only one small bathroom upstairs for 3.5 bedrooms. The only upstairs sink for our family of four was out of commission the first two nights.Despite us having to sweep/vacuum, mop the entire downstairs and all bathrooms, clean the patio, use the sink downstairs, and sleep on disgusting pillows the first night, the rental company would not offer any amount of refund. We feel they should have refunded the cleaning fee at the very least. Their excuse was they recently took over this property. If it isn’t 100% ready, then why are you charging top to rent it? They only offered us 20% off of a future rental. Umm, no thanks! As if we would ever do business with them again!
