Family friendly. Hot tub was nice and warm, but had a bunch of sand in it. Several of the arcade were broken.

It was perfect for our group. Looked exactly like in the pictures, clean, fresh and very well stocked and spacious. Location we knew is 40m from the Zion park so no surprises there. Community center is very nice and we used their spa a little bit. We didn't get a chance to use spa at the house.One interesting thing about the neighborhood is all (99%) short term stayers. That is mostly good imo.Didn't use much the game room setup in garage. Arcades have been abused there but air hockey seemed fine. There was other miscellaneous sports gear too that we didn't use. Major grocery store is not too far also.I would recommend it for larger families with kids as well as for group of friends.

Nice place, nice amenities, great communication
Communication with host was excellent, accommodations were spacious and modern. Great home base to visit national parks and relax at the end of a long day!
