The Silo Barn | Games - Hot Tub - 40 Guests

We stayed here with my huge family for our annual reunion. We rented the barnhouse, silo, and farmhouse. They are beautiful buildings that are a short walk to the park and beach. We did not realize that the farmhouse does not have an interior connection to the barn/silo. It separated our family and made it harder to know where people were. The farmhouse had a large pantry with plenty of room for food, but a tiny sitting area. The barn had a decent sized sitting area (though very crowded), but limited space to store dry food. There was hardly any sitting outside to eat and meet together. Aside from those difficulties, we enjoyed the property. Instead of a huge bunkrooms with a bunch of one bed bedrooms, this place had lots of rooms with lots of beds in each. It was great for each family to have their own space for their kids. There was still a bunk room in the silo that some of the smaller cousins enjoyed together. There was a ton of space for kids to play in and no one was ever bored. I wish there had been a bigger gathering space so everyone could be together, but we still had a wonderful time.

Our extended family of ages 6 months-75 LOVED this property! We used all the space and it never felt crowded. Huge benefits: two hot tubs, giant bars in the perfectly stocked kitchens, huge dining table, great game playing tables, folding tables and chairs, fun play rooms and areas for kids, and the amazing play area between both buildings. I can't say enough about how great this place is! The managers are easy to get a hold of and very responsive as well.

This was a fantastic family reunion property. We rented the barn/silo and it was large enough for the adults to visit in the great room while the kids played in the silo. We had all the supplies we needed, and the large kitchen and island made it easy for several of us to cook at the same time to feed a large crowd. The home is close to restaurants and the lake. Jake was very responsive, was flexible, and was great to work with. Would recommend to others.

Everything exceeded our expectations! So much to do for the kids.

We’ have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was one of the very BEST! There was something for everyone and our group of 30 had the best time. There were plenty of beds and lots of space - we never felt crowded. The silo is so much fun! The kids loved the bunkroom and slides, but the slides go fast so be prepared! The teens loved the pool table and hot tub. The air hockey and gaming table were also a big hit! The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. The property managers were great to work with and we had the best weekend. We will be back!
